Santa Cecilia Drill Program Update, First Drill Hole Completed To Over 1,000 Metres

Michael Henrichsen, Chief Geo at Torq Resources provides an update on the ongoing drill program at the Santa Cecilia project in Chile. The first drill hole has been completed to a depth of 1,060 metres with the second hole underway. He also discusses the overall 15,000 metre program, including historic results that are guiding these initial 2 holes. Michael recaps the surface program, which is 80% complete, and how this will help guide the remainder of the drilling. The Company is looking for a large porphyry system, much like the other deposits along the Maricunga belt.

Torq Resources Plans to Drill at Santa Cecilia and Margarita in 2023

Interview with Chief Geological Officer Michael Henrichsen. Torq Resources is exploring its two gold-copper projects Santa Cecilia and Margarita in Chile. Good drilling results have already been obtained on both projects, and geophysical work has identified new targets. Santa Cecilia is scheduled for 15,000m of drilling in 2023, and the exact drill plan for Margarita is yet to be published. For the work program, the company is well funded with the recent oversubscribed financing.
